Los Angeles, CA – Underscore Talent today announced the hire of talent manager Lital Spitzer, formalizing its theatrical division and marking a significant expansion of the company’s footprint into scripted film and television.
Spitzer brings extensive experience across film, television, and talent representation, having held positions at Miramax, The Weinstein Company, and A&E Television Networks before transitioning into management. Prior to joining Underscore, Spitzer spent over a decade at 3 Arts Entertainment, where she represented actors, producers, and filmmakers while developing projects across the film and television industries.
At Underscore, Spitzer will focus on advancing the company’s work in film and television, managing established actors while also identifying and developing emerging talent for scripted entertainment. She joins the company with a roster of clients including Esther McGregor (Babygirl), Alex Consani (Peaked), Charlotte Nicdao (Mythic Quest), and Esther Ming Li (Snowpiercer), among others.
“This is a natural evolution of what we’ve been building at Underscore,” said Reza Izad, Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Underscore Talent. “We’ve always believed in supporting talent across every stage of their careers, and we’re very intentional about how we approach film and television. Lital brings a deep understanding of the traditional business, strong relationships, and a thoughtful approach to guiding talent. That perspective is critical as we continue to grow this part of the company.”
“I am excited to join the dynamic team at Underscore Talent, with its stalwart insight into the ever-evolving nature of this industry,” said Lital Spitzer. “We are committed to helping artists navigate the new film and television landscape with unique opportunities and a collaborative approach.”
Spitzer’s arrival further emphasizes Underscore’s commitment to building a new generation of stars across different platforms. Underscore’s theatrical division will work with actors, filmmakers, and producers with a strong focus on long-term talent development and career building within the scripted space, while leveraging the company’s broader ecosystem to meaningfully enhance opportunities.
