LOS ANGELES — Underscore Talent, a leading talent management company built for the multi-platform era, today announced over 20 new strategic hires across its Comedy, Sports & Outdoor Lifestyle, Entertainment, Beauty, Lifestyle & Fashion, and newly launched Experts divisions.

This expansion supports a broader evolution across the media landscape, where creators, entertainers, athletes, comedians, and subject matter experts are increasingly building businesses that span content, brand partnerships, live experiences, intellectual property, and traditional media.

Leading the new additions is comedy talent manager Ethan Stern, who joined Underscore following 15 years at 3 Arts Entertainment, where he managed a diverse roster of comedians, writers, filmmakers, and artists. In addition to his management work, Stern has served as a producer on projects including Hannah Einbinder: Everything Must Go (HBO), Aaron Chen: Funny Garden (Netflix), and the upcoming Netflix comedy special Stamptown. As part of his move to Underscore, Stern brings a roster of comedy talent that includes Ron Taylor, winner of Kevin Hart's Funny AF, Saturday Night Live alum Punkie Johnson, and current cast members of Saturday Night Live UK, Al Nash and George Fouracres.

"I’m excited to join Underscore at such a pivotal moment in the evolution of talent management,” said Ethan Stern. “What drew me to the company is its unparalleled position at the intersection of digital and traditional entertainment, along with the exceptional resources and intellectual capital it offers. Underscore is uniquely equipped to help artists build sustainable, long-term careers across every platform, and I’m honored to be part of that mission."

As part of its continued investment in Sports & Outdoor Lifestyle, Underscore has added Tim Warnement as Director of Talent and Ethan Rosenzweig as Talent Manager. Rosenzweig joins from Principal Entertainment LA and Adventure Media, bringing nearly a decade of experience managing actors across film and television while helping talent expand into brand partnerships and business ventures. He joins Underscore alongside sports clients Matt "MK" Kiatipis and Gabby Golf Girl.

Underscore is also expanding into the rapidly growing experts category with the launch of its new Experts division, a move designed to support the growing number of founders, professionals, educators, and thought leaders building influential media businesses. To help establish the division, the company has added talent managers Gautham Dhaliwal and Michael Jones, who will focus on developing and managing expert-driven talent across digital platforms and emerging media.

Additionally, Jon Henson returns to Underscore as Director of Talent & Media Development across Comedy, Entertainment, and Shorthand Studios to help support talent development, original content initiatives, and cross-platform growth opportunities. The company has also welcomed Kamla Pande as Senior Director of Talent in its Beauty, Lifestyle & Fashion division and Toni Rose Goulden as Director of Talent in its Entertainment division, both joining Underscore following tenures at Fixated, further expanding the company's leadership team across key talent verticals.

"The future of talent management isn't about separating creators from entertainers, athletes, comedians, or experts, it's about recognizing that the most successful people today are building businesses across all of those worlds," said Dan Weinstein, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Underscore Talent. "We're investing in specialized teams that understand the nuances of each category while building the infrastructure, partnerships, and development opportunities that help talent grow beyond any single platform or medium."

These additions further Underscore's strategy of building a modern management company designed for today's multi-platform talent landscape. As creators increasingly launch media companies, athletes become content brands, comedians develop original IP, and experts build audiences rivaling traditional publishers, the firm continues to invest in the leadership, category expertise, and development capabilities required to support talent across every stage of growth.
