Underscore Talent Expands Creator-Led Sports Media Business With Robert Griffin III, Key Talent Signings and Management Additions

LOS ANGELES — Underscore Talent, a leading talent management company built for the multi-platform era, is expanding its Sports & Outdoor Lifestyle division with the additions of former NFL quarterback and sports personality Robert Griffin III, basketball creator Matt "MK" Kiatipis, golf creator Gabby Golf Girl, golf-comedy brand Country Club Adjacent, and talent manager Ethan Rosenzweig. The expansion reflects a focused investment in the sports category as creators increasingly become influential voices for fans, brands, broadcasters, leagues, and platforms.
Underscore's Sports & Outdoor Lifestyle division focuses on helping athletes, creators, and sports personalities build sustainable businesses across content, media, brand partnerships, live events, intellectual property, hosting, and broadcasting opportunities. Rather than operating around short-term campaigns, the division is structured around multi-year planning cycles tied to major global sporting moments, including the FIFA World Cup, FIFA Women's World Cup, and Olympic Games.
"The sports media landscape is evolving rapidly, and creators are becoming an increasingly important part of how fans consume sports, discover personalities, and engage with the culture surrounding the game," said Dan Weinstein, co-founder and co-CEO of Underscore Talent. "We're building a division focused on helping talent create lasting businesses that extend beyond social platforms and individual brand deals. Whether that's media opportunities, live experiences, intellectual property, or partnerships around major global sporting events, we're focused on where sports culture is headed over the next decade."
Among the new additions is Robert Griffin III, one of the most beloved voices in sports media today. Following a Hall of Fame worthy collegiate career that ended with a Heisman Trophy and accomplished NFL career, Griffin has built a powerful second act as college football game analyst, podcast host, and digital creator, combining expert analysis, personality-driven commentary, and direct audience engagement across social media. His ability to seamlessly bridge traditional sports broadcasting with creator-led media reflects the broader evolution taking place across the sports entertainment landscape. He continues to be co-managed by UTA.
"Sports fans today expect more than highlights and analysis. They want authentic personalities, direct access, and conversations that extend beyond the game," said Robert Griffin III. "That's what excites me about joining Underscore Talent. They understand where sports media is headed and are building alongside creators and talent who want to shape what's next."
To support the division's continued growth, Underscore has also added talent manager Ethan Rosenzweig, who joins the company after nearly a decade representing talent at Principal Entertainment LA and Adventure Media.
Rozenzweig brings with him, "MK," Matt Kiatipis, one of the most recognizable personalities in basketball. The former professional basketball player has built an audience of more than 7 million followers across platforms through one-on-one competitions, streetball events, creator-led basketball programming, and community-driven content that has helped redefine modern basketball entertainment.
Gabby Golf Girl has become one of the fastest-growing creators in golf, building an audience of more than 1.7 million followers through a mix of competitive golf, instruction, lifestyle content, and fashion. Her content has helped introduce the sport to younger audiences while expanding golf's reach across social and digital platforms.
Country Club Adjacent has established itself as one of the most distinctive brands in golf entertainment. Hosted by comedians Jake Adams, Aristotle Georgeson, Griff Pippin, and Mark Smalls, the group has amassed millions of followers through its signature blend of golf, comedy, live events, and viral content, including the widely recognized "Back Off Challenge." The additions further strengthen the division as Underscore continues to expand its presence at the intersection of sports, media, creator culture, and entertainment.
"As traditional sports media and creator-led content continue to converge, we're seeing new opportunities emerge for talent who have built trust and community with audiences over many years," Weinstein added. "The next generation of sports personalities is already here and don’t just come exclusively from professional athletics or traditional broadcasting. Many are emerging from the creator ecosystem, and we're building the infrastructure to help them scale."
